  • Feel fatiqued
  • Headaches
  • Skin irrations
  • Respiratory issues

With reports of air born viruses /diseases being transmitted through ahu and duct systems, how can you be sure that your system is safe?
Do you want piece of mind?

Nu-kleen have been engaged in duct cleaning ,kitchen hood cleaning, air odour control and duct sterilisation for the past 28 yrs and consequently are familiar with the conditions in an air conditioning system are likely to cause fatigue and sickness and the standards of maintenance and cleanliness that will promote health and therefore optimum productivity.
Australian standards recommend ducts to be cleaned every 12 mths.

Most companies maintain their air conditioning units, clean or change the air filters regularly and test the water in the cooling towers for contamination. However the ductwork system sometimes get overlooked, on inspection we have found dirt ,grease, fungus, human hair, dander (small scales from animal skin or hair , or bird feathers, that can cause allergic reactions!)

Which carries the air to everybody’s workplace!

Ductwork is rarely designed with on-going maintenance a priority, relying on the cleanliness to filters. Unfortunately these filters only catch large contaminants, they cannot stop micro-bacteria and spore’s. This creates a breeding ground for bacteria causing skin irritations and respiratory track issues, caused by pests such as dust mites, a microscopic organism clinging to dusk particles, carried throughout the building by the air conditioning system.
